Symphony of Lights is a light and sound performance. The show starts at 8pm every night, but you should be there early to get a vantage point. The show starts by some narration. Then the music begins and buildings on Hong Kong side take turn flashing spotlights and laser beams in sync with the music. It is very enjoyable to watch such spectacular performance. Above all, it's free!

I set my camera on the intervalometer mode. So, my camera kept taking a photo every 20 seconds. Each exposure was 15 seconds. I stacked probably 15 photos together to combine all spotlights and laser beams into one picture.

If you happen to visit Hong Kong, don't forget to attend this show!

dear lord this is beautiful. i would have loved to have been there.

i noticed you requested a crutique, and theres not really anything much i can say about this, besides "uhg its awesome."
But if i had to say somehing, i would say that if its possible to reduce the glare of the search lights, I would have done that. if the sky around the beams were darker it would up the contrast between them, and i feel like that would probably give it more of an impact.

The show starts at 8pm everyday. It is regular show :D

On special occasions, the show will also feature fireworks :)
