I think it is. I could even bring my 4x5" camera to the waterfall. Such an easy walk, yet beautiful :D

I haven't developed the negatives though :D

Must be amazing results when photographing this scene with large format! :)
Do you prefer b&w or color film with your 4x5 when making landscape pictures?

I only shoot B&W for 4x5. It's too difficult to find 4x5 color film here. There aren't many labs that will handle 4x5 also. So, I have to import B&W film and develop them myself :)

I see, I know what you mean!
When I started with photography (b&w film) I developed my films myself, too!
Shooting color film was never very satisfiying, because of the mediocre prints I got back from the labs :D
I wish I can get back to good old film one day, especially moving from 6x6 to large format.
What kind of camera do you use for large format? What lenses?
I'm very interested in this kind of photography :)

I used to shoot on 35mm color film :) I didn't get labs to print them though. I bought a Nikon Coolscan and scanned them :)

I have a Speed Graphics - a very old press camera :) You can find it cheap on Ebay. I did some modification to reduce the weight though.

I own two lenses - Schneider Symmar-S 135mm F/5.6 and Nikon-SW 90mm F/5.6. They are both excellent performers :)
